Do I need an account or password?
Never. First visit: your order details. Return visits: your email + a 6-digit code. Your purchases are linked to your email automatically.
How long does my access last?
Forever. The 24-hour part is just each device session — after it expires you verify with your email again in about 10 seconds.
Can I re-download or change my planner later?
Yes, unlimited and free. Change colors, layout, even the name placement, and download again anytime.
Which apps and devices does it work with?
iPad AND Android tablets, first-class. In the builder you pick your device and get a planner sized exactly for it — iPad (4:3) or Android/Samsung (16:10) — with quick-links that work on your platform. Apps: GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf on iPad; Xodo, Penly, Noteshelf, GoodNotes for Android on Android. Hyperlinks need the app's read-only/view mode.
Why isn't my Etsy order showing up?
Etsy orders can take up to 30 minutes to sync. If it's been longer, double-check the email — it must match your Etsy checkout email — or message me.
Do the calendar buttons sync my planner?
They're quick-links: tapping opens Google/Apple/Outlook calendar (some pre-fill an event). Nothing syncs automatically — you stay in control.
Is my name/data private?
Your PDF is generated in your browser. Optional: when signed in, we save builder preferences to your account so you can re-customize later — never your payment details. You can stay local-only by not saving.
Can I share the planner with a friend?
Please don't share the files — each purchase is a personal license with your name on the cover. Gift them their own copy from the shop so they can customize too. Details on the Support hub.
How do I get help after I buy?
Open /support anytime: tutorials, redesign, FAQ, and how to return with an email code. You can also message me on the marketplace you bought from — I answer personally.
What about next year’s dated planner?
Your current dated year stays yours forever. When the next year edition ships, use the same email to claim — returning buyers are always welcome. Undated planners reuse anytime.
Are you experts on iPad and Android planners?
Yes — first-class on both. Device-sized PDFs, working quick-links, and guides for GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, and Penly. We also share practical quality-of-living rituals (non-medical) so the planner improves your days, not just your files. Start at /guides.
What's your refund policy?
30-day money-back promise: we start with a free redesign or fix (open the builder anytime). Refunds are human-reviewed — never automatic. Details on the refunds page.
Will you keep asking me for a review?
Only once in a while, and only after a successful download — a soft ask you can snooze or dismiss forever. We never ask during refunds/redesign, and we don't spam your inbox for stars.
Dated or undated — which should I pick?
Dated (2027) has every day pre-linked. Undated lets you start anytime and reuse forever. You get both options in the builder.
